1. Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information

LG Magna e-Powertrain, Co., Ltd. (hereinafter the “Company”) collects the personal information of users in order to provide better quality services to users, and uses the collected personal information for the following purposes:

Securing communication channels such as the delivery of notices for handling civil complaints related to the use of the service and confirmation of personal intentions.
(b) Others
When requesting civil complaints regarding the use of the service, additional personal information such as name and phone number is not required.

2. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information Collected by the Company

The user’s personal information shall be destroyed after 3 months from the date of collection. However, where the user’s consent is obtained individually, it shall be retained for the relevant period.
